"I am always amazed at how upbeat and wonderful our customers are! Especially when they are going through what is probably the hardest time of their lives. I love talking with these women, and am touched when someone takes the time to write and thank us. All letters are greatly appreciated and touch me deeply, but the first thank you letter I received (in 1995) is especially moving. I framed this letter and it has hung in my office all these years.
