Shipping

We ship all international orders either by UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). You can visit www.ups.com or www.usps.com to find out whether UPS or USPS ships to your country and what the shipping costs would be. If you use 2 or 3 pounds as the probable weight you will get a good idea of what the shipping cost will be. Use the address below as the source address:

You should note that USPS fees are usually less than the UPS fees. This is because the USPS usually transfers packages to the destination countries local postal system. We have found that in some countries this method of delivery is unreliable and your package may not be delivered. UPS on the other hand delivers to your door.

NOTE: If you choose USPS for delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it leaves the control of USPS.

Additional Fees

The customer is responsible for any additional fees such as import fees and local mail delivery charges.

Payment Method

All orders must be pre-paid either by a valid money order or by bank electronic wire transfer. E-mail Chemo Savvy for instructions on how to do this.

Returns

Our normal return rules apply except that the customer is allowed 40 days to return an item instead of 30 days. The customer is responsible for all fees charged as a result of the return.
