RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER

Chemo Savvy wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. We understand that an item may not be the right color, size or style. Sometimes it "just isn't you". We will ship the first exchange, via USPS Priority Mail, at no additional shipping cost to you. Try the item on. Make sure it suits you. If it doesn't, please return it for a refund, credit or exchange. However, please remember, it must be returned in 'like new' condition.

Chemo Savvy expects that you will examine your new items for color, style and quality. We also expect that you will try the items on for fit. However, until you decide to keep the item you must use the disposable hair net provided and you must not modify the item in any way. It should remain in an unused new condition. We suggest that you remove your makeup and perfume before trying any item on. If you smoke, the item may acquire the smell of smoke. Do not remove any tags or labels. Soiled or damaged items cannot be returned. Items that have acquired any odors such as perfume or smoke cannot be returned. Do not comb, style, spray, wash or modify, in any way, a wig or hair piece until you decide to keep it. Do not tape, mar or use a wig box as a shipping box. Note: Some items (e.g. liquids and brushes) are NON-RETURNABLE.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

You have 30 days from the ship date to return or exchange items without incurring any late fees. Items returned from 31 to 60 days after the ship date will be assessed a Restocking Fee (See below). Items returned over 60 days from the ship date will be refused and returned to the purchaser at the their expense.

All Returns or Exchanges will be refused if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is not displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Call 1-888-599-3560 to obtain an RMA.

Fees

Returns made from 30 to 60 days after the order ship date will be assessed a Restocking Fee that is the greatest of $20.00 or 20% providing all other return conditions are met. A $10.00 fee will be charged for wig boxes that are returned in damaged condition or that are used as a shipping box. Items returned over 60 days from the ship date will be refused and returned to the purchaser at the their expense. If the purchaser chooses not to have the item returned it will be held for 60 days and then donated.

To Try On A Wig Or Hair Piece

Our wigs will fit the average size head, 21 1/2" to 23" when measured around the hair line. All our wigs have some type of adjustment in the wig cap that will allow you tighten or loosen the wig cap.
1. Put on the disposable hair net.
2. Remove the wig or hair piece from its container.
3. Gently remove the netting from the wig. Do not remove the tags.
4. Gently shake the wig once or twice to get it more into its normal shape. Do not comb, style, spray or modify it in anyway until you decide to keep it!
5. Try it on. Adjust the cap tabs as necessary.
6. If you decide not to keep the item, carefully return it to its container. Place the netting that came with the wig into the container.

Procedures for Return or Exchange

If the items to be returned or exchanged meet the conditions stated above, package them securely for shipping, along with instructions on what you want done. On the bottom right side of your Invoice/Receipt or Packing Slip is a return address label. Cut along the dotted lines and affix it to the outside of your package. You may return the items using any of the mail services and options available to you (at your expense): USPS, UPS, FEDEX, Airborne, etc. The items must be received by Chemo Savvy no later than 30 days from the date on your Receipt or Packing Slip. Whether you use the provided return address label or not, your name and address must be included somewhere on the package. Chemo Savvy will not be responsible for incorrectly addressed or incorrectly/insecurely packaged items. Chemo Savvy assumes no responsibility for damage to or loss of returned items prior to their receipt by Chemo Savvy. Chemo Savvy will be the sole and final judge as to the condition of a returned item. If Chemo Savvy cannot identify the sender of  a returned package, the returned items will be held for sixty days. After 60 days the items will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
